Post duties:

1. Assist R & D personnel to establish process flow, complete layout design and arrange product line.

2. Assist R & D personnel to design DOE plan, complete the project batch test, participate in the data analysis of the flow sheet, and propose improvement plan to meet customer requirements.

3. Monitor and analyze the test data of mass production products. When the data are abnormal, they should be returned to the factory in time for analysis and improvement.

4. Participate in process optimization to find out the reasons for the unstable performance of the platform and the performance optimization.

5. Cooperate with R & D personnel to deal with product, technology and quality problems of customer complaints in time.

6. Track and coordinate the progress of important R & D projects.
